    KYOVA emerged from a collaboration of four guys with a mix of talent from different musical backgrounds. With experience in rock, soul, R&B, pop, country, and funk. They are quickly becoming a sought after group especially at casinos, corporate functions, and festivals. Their vocals are strong with great harmonies.       MEET THE BAND     

 Jeff is a seasoned percussionist and vocalist. His stage routines are entertaining with costumed parodies of popular artists. He moved to Nashville, TN after high school to learn the music business. In 1983 he performed with the National Opera on WHTN-TV. In 1985 he appeared in the March issue of "Modern Drummer" magazine for Pro-Mark drumsticks. He now boasts an endorsement with KAT Electronic Percussion. Fellow musicians call him "Katdaddy".

JoeE is a distinguished bass player and vocalist noted for his renditions of Roy Orbison songs. He has toured most of the U.S. playing casinos and other venues. His work experience includes various recording studios in Nashville and around the country producing, engineering, writing, playing bass guitar and laying vocal tracks. Aside from live performance and studio work he has also played in several local radio and television productions. He has performed with many artists and legends in the music industry. His hobby is scratch building models of inland river work boats which river industry people have dubbed him "Towboat Joe". His model building website is http://www.towboatjoe.com

Mitch is a talented keyboard player, guitarist and vocalist. He has performed with great bands like The Private I's and Split Decision touring throughout the U.S. and Canada. Aside from live performances, he has also written and produced many popular jingles for radio and television. Mitch has a fun and playful attitude. People can't help but laugh and have a good time with him in the house. His talent on the keyboard allows him to produce the sounds needed to fill a song with smooth rhythm and knock out solos.

Ed joined the band in March 2009 and has proven to be an asset to the band with his clean guitar sound. He is particularly fond of Rock style music from the last half of the twentieth century. He has studied and emulated such guitarists as Jeff Beck, Jimmy Page, Eric Clapton, Billy Gibbons, Ronnie Montrose, Duane Allman, Dickie Betts, Lowell George, Frank Zappa, Robert Fripp, Jimi Hendrix and a host of others. Edward has been playing guitar now for some forty five years and along the way has also learned to play trumpet, bass guitar, drums, and is particularly fond of electronic keyboards. He is also an accomplished recording engineer. Among Edward's other interests are studying the history of Earth, watching sports and car racing. He also believes in the ancient adage, "You can't have too many guitars!!!!!"
